Step onto the court and show us what you’ve got in our Open Singles Showdown—a one-of-a-kind pickleball tournament that welcomes all identities and celebrates inclusive competition.
In continued celebration of Pride, this tournament is non-gendered: divisions are based purely on skill level.
Divisions:
• 3.0 & Below – Beginner
• 3.0–3.7 – Intermediate
• 3.7–4.5 – Advanced
Format: Round robin into playoffs. Final schedule and bracket details will be emailed after registration closes.
Whether you’re brand new to singles or looking to test your game at a higher level, this tournament offers a fun, fair, and affirming space to compete.

Location: WeHo Park Rooftop
Medals: Medals will be awarded (Gold, Silver, and Bronze) for the top 3 finishers.
Age Limit: 18+ for all categories.

Tournament Format: The event will be a round robin format with medal matches. Players are guaranteed a minimum of 3 games. The format may be altered depending on the amount of signups for the event. Players and teams will play a game to 11 win by 2 against multiple teams/players. The two players/teams with the most victories will compete in the gold/silver final in 2 out of 3 game to 11 win by 2. 3rd and 4th place players in the round robin will compete for the bronze medal in a 2 out of 3 game to 15 win by 2. In the event of a tie, the team with the highest average point differential will advance. Doubles events are limited to 16 teams per division. (The scoring is subject to change depending on the number of entrants - we may allow for longer games with notably less entrants).
Officials: We will have officials for gold medal matches and staff on site to help with questions.
Draw size for these events are currently limited to 16 teams per division (subject to change). Depending on the amount of sign ups in the event we may be able to add players on the waitlist. If there are 8 or fewer players/teams in an event, we may alter the format.
Skill Level Divisions: Novice 3.0 and below, Intermediate 3.0-3.7, and advanced 3.7-4.6
Please sign up for the appropriate skill level. Players are welcome to play in higher levels, however higher level players who sign up for lower skill levels may be moved into the appropriate skill category. Skill level is determined by the average DUPR rating of both players on a team at the time the draws are being created. Pricing: $45 per player for residents, and $50 per player for non-residents.
Disclaimer: The format may be altered depending on the amount of sign ups for each event. The goal is to get as many matches as possible in a competitive format.
DUPR: Scores will be reported to DUPR through the SWISH APP. To be eligible for DUPR ratings, all players must sign up with DUPR and add their player number to their swish APP.
RAIN POLICY:
In the event that the tournament is postponed due to rain, we will do our best to get games out throughout the day. If any event is rained out, we have reserved court time on Sunday March 23rd as a makeup day for the tournament(s).
Cancellation Policy: The cancellation deadline for a refund is July 6th by 10pm. There will be no exceptions. If you cancel before the cancellation date you will receive a refund minus a $15 admin fee.
If the tournament is cancelled due to weather or unforeseen circumstances credit may be issued for future tournaments or rescheduling through Tennacity. Thanks for your understanding!
